A complete report costs $10 once per property and report year. The Stripe receipt includes the information needed to identify a payment for support and refund requests.
For a refund, email hello@figlantern.com or reply to the order confirmation. Include the property address or order number. Refund requests are processed within 24 hours. A full refund revokes future website access for that property. See the refund policy for the automatic no-comparables guarantee.
Technical limitations, data behavior, and the scope of both report years are documented on the methodology, privacy, and terms and limitations pages.
Official appeal questions
Questions about filing eligibility, deadlines, fees, forms, hearing scheduling, or a pending case should go to the City office responsible for that process. SF Property Tax Appeal cannot answer for the City or preserve a filing right.
