- We will process the full refund within 24 hours after receiving the request and enough information to identify the order.
Your bank, card issuer, or payment processor may take additional time to post the credit after we process it.
What the refund covers
The policy covers the full price paid to SF Property Tax Appeal for the report. It does not cover San Francisco's separate $120 formal appeal filing fee, third-party costs, or any other expense.
A completed full refund revokes future website access for the property. It cannot recall PDFs, spreadsheets, or comparison data already downloaded.
